Volleyball Recap: L.E.A.D. Academy Lions vs. Pensacola Christian Academy Warriors
After flying high against Pensacola Area Homeschool on Friday, L.E.A.D. Academy came back down to earth. The Lions came up short against the Pensacola Christian Academy Warriors on Monday, falling 3-0. The Lions have struggled against the Warriors recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive lost matchup.
L.E.A.D. Academy took the loss but they managed to make steady progress, increasing their score in every set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-12, 25-14, 25-18.
Adriana Stephens paced L.E.A.D. Academy's offense, picking up four kills. Stephens got some help from Kate Mackey and her three assists. Mackey was also solid from the service line: she led the team with three aces.
