Football Recap: Wenonah Comes Up Short

Wenonah suffered their closest loss since October 31, 2024 on Friday. They fell just short of the Carver Birmingham Rams by a score of 16-14. The Dragons were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Rams apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in October of 2024.

Wenonah's loss dropped their record down to 4-3. As for Carver Birmingham, their win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 4-1.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Wenonah is set to square off against their familiar foe Hayden at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Meanwhile, Carver Birmingham will take on rival Corner at 7:00 p.m. on the 24th.
