Baseball Recap: Edmonson County Wildcats vs. Trinity Raiders

While Edmonson County's win against Trinity wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. Edmonson County sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with an 18-17 victory over Trinity on Tuesday. With that win, the Wildcats brought their scoring average up to 7.1 runs per game.

Hunter Wilson was incredible, getting on base in four of his six plate appearances with one home run, four runs, and two RBI. He is becoming a predictor of Edmonson County's success: when he posts at least two runs the team is 2-0-1 (and 1-3 when he doesn't).
