Basketball Recap: Bishop England Skates Past Hanahan with Ease

Bishop England's game last Monday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Friday. They couldn't have asked for a better start to 2025 than the 63-33 blowout they got against the Hanahan Hawks. That looming 63-33 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for the Battling Bishops yet this season.

Despite the loss, Hanahan saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Wyatt Muirheid posted 13 points. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Muirheid has scored all season. Another player making a difference was Quamel Grant, who earned seven points.
