Basketball Recap: Mitchell County Snaps Five-Game Streak of Losses on the Road

After losing to Stewart County the last time they met, Mitchell County decided to demonstrate that turnabout is fair play. The Mitchell County Eagles managed a 54-48 win over the Stewart County Royal Knights on Saturday.

Mitchell County's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Tytionna Draggs, who went 5 for 6 on her way to 10 points. Sariyah Chester was another key player, going 7 of 13 en route to 12 points.
