Everett came tearing into Thursday's contest with four straight wins dating back to last season (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 6 runs), and they left with even more momentum. They walked away with an 11-6 victory over the Greater Lawrence Tech Reggies. That's more bragging rights for the Crimson Tide, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Tyler Freni was incredible, going a perfect 3-for-3 with four runs, one triple, and one double. Another player making a difference was Jevaun Berberena, who scored two runs and stole a base while going 1-for-2.

Everett's record is now 2-0. As for Greater Lawrence Tech, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-2-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Everett will challenge Chelsea at 4:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Greater Lawrence Tech, they will take on Lynn Vo-Tech at 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
