Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Whitehouse). Their defense stepped up to hand the Marshall Mavericks a 4-0 shutout on Tuesday. That result was just more of the same for these two, as the Wildcats also won the last time the pair played back in February of 2024.

The victory made it two in a row for Whitehouse and bumps their season record up to 3-0-1. As for Marshall, their defeat was their first of the season and makes their record 2-1-1.

Whitehouse will head out to face off against Jacksonville at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Whitehouse's defense has only allowed 0.2 goals per game this season, so Jacksonville's offense will have their work cut out for them. As for Marshall, they will square off against Nacogdoches at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Marshall is facing Nacogdoches at the right time seeing as Nacogdoches is stuck on a three-game losing streak.
