Basketball Recap: Tri-County Takes a Loss

Tri-County lost against Winston last Monday and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Tri-County Mustangs lost 64-42 to the Winston Red Birds.

Tri-County's loss dropped their record down to 7-9. As for Winston, the victory was the tenth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 19-5.

Looking ahead, Tri-County will venture away from home to square off against Grundy County/Newtown-Harris at 7:00 p.m. on February 18th. As for Winston, they will host Cainsville at 7:30 p.m. on February 18th. Winston is facing Cainsville at the right time seeing as Cainsville is stuck on a four-game losing streak.
