Baseball Recap: Monroe Takes a Loss

Monroe fell victim to Van Nuys and their airtight pitching crew on Friday. They fell just short of the Wolves by a score of 2-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Wolves this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 10-3 on Wednesday.

Monroe's loss dropped their record down to 14-10. As for Van Nuys, the victory was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 16-6.
