Fairview had already proven themselves in the regular season and they didn't miss a beat now that it's playoff time. They put the hurt on the Patrick Henry Patriots with a sharp 3-0 win on Tuesday. Winning may never get old, but the Apaches sure are getting used to it with their seventh in a row.

Payshince McDaniel paced Fairview's offense, picking up 22 kills. McDaniel got some help from Kenna Kauffman and her 32 assists.

Patrick Henry's loss came despite strong showings from Brooke Scherdt and Whitney Feehan. Scherdt had 13 digs and one assist, while Feehan had seven digs. Ada Christman also deserves some recognition as she posted her first assist of the season.

Fairview's victory bumped their record up to 21-3. As for Patrick Henry, with the loss, they broke their 17-match winning streak and moved their record to 22-2.

Fairview wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 3-0 win against Gibsonburg on the 23rd. Patrick Henry does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
