Volleyball Recap: Coshocton Takes a Loss

Coshocton was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fourth straight defeat. They came up short against the Philo Electrics, falling 3-0. The Redskins were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Electrics apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in September of 2024.

Chloe Talbott paced Coshocton's offense, picking up six kills. Talbott were helped by Mallorie Stamper and Kylee Raber, who contributed six assists each.

Coshocton's defeat dropped their record down to 3-11. As for Philo, their victory ended a four-match drought at home and bumped them up to 4-10.

Coshocton has already played their next match, a 3-1 loss against Sandy Valley on the 20th. As for Philo, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 3-1 win against Fairfield Union on the 20th.
