Baseball Recap: Westminster Christian Academy Takes a Loss

Westminster Christian Academy lost against Ascension Episcopal back in March of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Westminster Christian Academy Crusaders came up short against Ascension Episcopal, falling 11-1. The Crusaders have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Westminster Christian Academy's loss dropped their record down to 3-6. As for Ascension Episcopal, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 11-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Westminster Christian Academy will face off against Ville Platte at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Ville Platte has struggled to contain batters this season (they've allowed 16.5 runs per game on average), something Westminster Christian Academy will no doubt try to take advantage of. As for Ascension Episcopal, they will square off against Gueydan at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
