Softball Recap: Corona del Sol Aztecs vs. Red Mountain Mountain Lions

Red Mountain typically has all the answers at home, but on Saturday Corona del Sol proved too difficult a challenge. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 3-1 victory over the Red Mountain Mountain Lions. The win made it back-to-back victories for Corona del Sol.

Alyssia Munoz spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered only one earned run on four hits. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't given up more than two walks in three consecutive pitching appearances.
