Fans got a thrill when Hunter Montez and Anthony Schwindler connected against Lockwood. The connection went for 51 yards, the longest such play in Spring River Valley this season.
Jasper and Pierce City played the closest game in the league this week, with Jasper eventually emerging with a 20-14 victory. Logan Johnston threw for 64 yards and ran for 100 yards in the win.
Greenfield's dynamic duo of Montez and Schwindler proved to be unstoppable against the Tigers, as they were the top passer and receiver in the league this week.
