Thomas Heffner Game Report: vs Maplewood

For the first time ever, Thomas Heffner turned in triple-digit rushing yards on Friday. He rushed for 114 yards and one score on only five carries as Melrose took down Maplewood 30-8. The effort beat out his previous best set last Friday, when he rushed for 63 rushing yards.

Looking ahead, Heffner and Melrose will take on Westview at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Heffner will face off against Graham Simpson, the Chargers' star quarterback.
