Volleyball Game Preview: Pleasant Spartans vs. Willard Crimson Flashes

The Pleasant Spartans will square off against the Willard Crimson Flashes at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Both teams are coming into the contest red-hot, with Pleasant sitting on four straight victories and Willard on 15.

Pleasant is on a roll after a high-stakes playoff matchup on Saturday. They came out on top against Johnstown-Monroe by a score of 3-1.

Pleasant walked away with the win (and looked especially good in the fourth set). Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-20, 26-24, 24-26, 25-13.

Meanwhile, Willard made easy work of Otsego on Thursday and carried off a 3-0 victory.

While Willard won a shutout, things came down to the wire in the first set they played. The final score came out to 27-25, 25-18, 25-20.

Willard's win bumped their record up to 22-3. As for Pleasant, their victory bumped their record up to 24-1.
