Football Game Preview: Canistota/Freeman vs. Baltic

If the MaxPreps national rankings hold true, the near future looks bright for Canistota/Freeman. They will look to defend their home turf on Friday against Baltic at 7:00 PM. Canistota/Freeman have bulldozed their previous five opponents, so Baltic might have their hands full.

Last Friday, Canistota/Freeman put the finishing touches on their 5th blowout victory of the season. They put a hurting on Irene/Wakonda to the tune of 62-27. The matchup was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 34-13.

After a string of four wins, Baltic's good fortune finally ran out. They fell to Garretson 6-13.

Canistota/Freeman's win lifted them to 5-0 while Baltic's loss dropped them down to 4-1. Canistota/Freeman have been dynamite on the offensive side of the ball, averaging 51.2 points per game. We'll see if Baltic can find some way to disarm them.
