Basketball Recap: Hancock Comes Up Short

Hancock was the 44-41 winner over Houghton when they last played one another last Friday, but their luck changed this time around. The Hancock Bulldogs lost to the Houghton Gremlins on the road by a 48-29 margin on Monday.

Hancock's loss dropped their record down to 12-5. As for Houghton, their victory bumped their record up to 13-6.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Hancock will host L'Anse at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Houghton, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Marquette at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
