Softball Recap: La Quinta Aztecs vs. Westminster Lions
La Quinta took a ten-run loss the last time they faced off against Westminster, but this time they managed to keep it close and that made all the difference. The Aztecs skirted past the Lions 9-8. This was payback for the Aztecs, who suffered an 11-1 defeat the last time these two teams met.

La Quinta let Bella Ballesteros and Kailey Huynh run wild. Ballesteros went 1-for-3 with one triple, one run, and one RBI, while Huynh went 2-for-4 with two RBI and one run.
