Baseball Recap: Tamarac's Luck Changes for the Better on Monday

Tamarac's game on Friday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Monday. They were the clear victors by a 10-1 margin over the Saratoga Central Catholic Saints. This was payback for the Bengals, who suffered a 13-3 loss the last time these two teams met.

Adam Quackenbush was incredible, going 3-for-5 with three RBI, two doubles, and one run. Those three RBI gave him a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Dylan Plante, who got on base in three of his five plate appearances with two RBI and one run.

The win snapped Tamarac's losing streak at four games and leaves them with a 9-7 record. As for Saratoga Central Catholic, their defeat was their first in the league, dropping their league record down to 12-1 and their overall record down to 15-3.

The teams didn't have to wait long for a rematch: the Saints beat Tamarac by a score of 10-0 on Tuesday.
