After a string of six wins, Armijo's good fortune finally ran out on Wednesday. They came up short against the West Campus Warriors, falling 3-0. While getting shut out isn't ideal, the Royals haven't been shut out since back in August.

Armijo was was forced to take the loss, but they sure made West Campus work for it, especially in the first set. The final score came out to 26-24, 25-15, 25-18.

Armijo's loss was their first in the league, dropping their league record down to 5-1 and their overall record down to 7-3. As for West Campus, they pushed their record up to 19-4 with the victory, which was their tenth straight on the road.

Armijo has already played their next match (against Foothill), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing. West Campus also has no score uploaded for their next matchup, this one against Burbank.
