Flag Football Recap: Paige Denniston and Keira Moulton Pace Placer Defense

If Placer was riding high fresh off their 20-0 takedown of Twelve Bridges on Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Hillmen fell 6-2 to the Roseville Tigers on Thursday. The Hillmen were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Tigers apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in October of 2024.

Placer didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off three passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Paige Denniston and Keira Moulton.

Placer's loss dropped their record down to 7-5. As for Roseville, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight games. That's provided a nice bump to their 9-3 record this season.

Placer wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next matchup, a 33-2 victory against Yuba City on the 7th. As for Roseville, they have also already played their next contest, a 19-0 defeat against Twelve Bridges on the 7th.
