Texas Wind saw some tournament action on Thursday. Everything went their way against the Midland Texas Leadership Charter Academy Eagles as they made off with a 22-1 win. That 21 run margin sets a new team best for Texas Wind this season.

Texas Wind got a massive performance out of Anna Cessnun, who got on base in all three of her plate appearances with four stolen bases, three runs, and two RBI. That's the most RBI Cessnun has posted since back in February. The team also got some help courtesy of Mylie Mcdougal, who went 2-for-3 with two stolen bases, three runs, and one double.

Texas Wind always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .767. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Midland Texas Leadership Charter Academy only posted an OBP of .364.

Texas Wind is on a roll lately: they've won nine of their last ten matchups. That's provided a massive bump to their 11-5 record this season.
