Basketball Recap: Dynamic Duo of Kilah Dandridge and Bri King Lead Spring Mills to Victory

Spring Mills hadn't done well against Fairmont Senior recently (they were 0-5 in their previous five matchups), but they didn't let the past get in their way on Saturday. The Spring Mills Cardinals strolled past the Fairmont Senior Polar Bears with points to spare, taking the game 58-41. Given the Cardinals' advantage in MaxPreps' West Virginia basketball rankings (they are ranked 27th, while the Polar Bears are ranked 85th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Spring Mills was led to victory by Bri King and Kilah Dandridge. King posted 15 points, while Dandridge had 13 points. The dominant performance gave King a new career-high in points. Rayleigh Miller was another key player, putting up eight points.

Spring Mills is on a roll lately: they've won six of their last eight matchups, which provided a nice bump to their 10-8 record this season.
