Soccer Recap: East Takes a Loss

East fought the good fight in their overtime match against Judge Memorial Catholic on Thursday but wound up with a less-than-desirable result. They fell just short of the Bulldogs by a score of 2-1. That's two games in a row now that East have lost by just one goal.

Their goal came courtesy of Lucy Bergstedt, who's now up to three this season.

This is the second loss in a row for East and nudges their season record down to 12-4. As for Judge Memorial Catholic, their win bumped their record up to 9-5.

East has already played their next matchup, a 6-0 victory against Jordan on the 30th. As for Judge Memorial Catholic, they also didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next contest, a 4-0 win against Murray on the 30th.
