Brownsburg extended their winning streak to nine games dating back to last season thanks to a huge performance from Aiden Jobe. The Bulldogs came out on top against the Avon Orioles by a score of 55-47 on Friday with plenty of help from Jobe, who rushed for 195 yards and three scores while picking up 10.3 yards per carry, and also picked up 93 receiving yards and one touchdown. He was no stranger to the big play, turning on the jets for a run that went for 67 yards.

Another player making a difference was Oscar Frye, who threw for 261 yards and three TDs while picking up 13.1 yards per attempt. He has been hot recently, having posted three or more passing touchdowns the last three times he's played.

One reason for the win was Brownsburg's imposing defensive line, which managed to get into the backfield for four sacks. In that department, Brice Kapitan was the leader with two.

Despite the loss, Avon still got an impressive performance from Andre Warfield, who rushed for 307 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 15.4 yards per carry. With that strong performance, Warfield is now averaging an impressive 104.5 rushing yards per game. Jace Cameron was another key player, throwing for 252 yards and three TDs.

Brownsburg's victory bumped their record up to 4-0. As for Avon, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 2-2.

Brownsburg didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next game, a 42-14 win against Fishers on the 19th. As for Avon, they have also already played their next match, a 35-10 victory against Franklin Central on the 19th.
