Volleyball Recap: Skyline Has No Trouble Against Viewmont

Skyline won the last time they faced Viewmont and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Eagles blew past the Vikings 3-0. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Eagles.

One reason for the win was Skyline's just kept getting better, winning each set by more points than the last. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-17, 25-15, 25-10.

Their offense was headlined by Bailey Bennett and Brooke Benett, who picked up ten kills apiece. They got some help from Evageline Lotulelei and her 23 assists. Benett and Lotulelei didn't slow down when it came to serving: they led the team with five apiece.

Skyline's win bumped their record up to 6-3. As for Viewmont, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-5.

Skyline wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next matchup, a 3-1 victory against Olympus on the 11th. As for Viewmont, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 3-0 loss against Bountiful on the 11th.
