Basketball Recap: Trinity Christian Comes Up Short

Trinity Christian was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat. They lost 71-49 to the Hinton Blackhawks. While losing is never fun, the Tigers can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Iowa basketball rankings (they are ranked 261st, while the Blackhawks are ranked 58th).

Trinity Christian's loss dropped their record down to 6-12. As for Hinton, their win was their 12th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 16-3.
