Volleyball Recap: Lapeer Comes Up Short

Lapeer was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat. They fell 2-0 to the Adams Highlanders. Unfortunately, that's the third time they've come up short against the Highlanders this season, with their most recent loss being a 2-0 defeat on Saturday.

Lapeer's loss dropped their record down to 9-19-1. As for Adams, their win was their fifth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 15-18-1.

Lapeer has already played their next match, a 3-0 defeat against Flushing on the 20th. As for Adams, they are taking a road trip to square off against Troy at 5:00 p.m. on the 28th.
