Ironton lost a heartbreaker the last time they played Rock Hill, but it's fair to say they got their revenge given the result of Monday's match. Ava Bihl spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered a run (which was unearned) on two hits and racked up 11 Ks. She has been nothing but reliable: she hasn't tossed less than five strikeouts in 14 consecutive appearances.
At the plate, Aubrey Ferguson was incredible, going 3-for-4 with one home run, three runs, and three RBI. Khamil Martin was another key player, going 1-for-3 with one home run, three runs, and one stolen base.
