They took their game on the road with ease, bagging a 64-29 win over Mineola. 64 seems to be a good number for Chapel Hill as the team scooped up a win with the same number of points in their previous game.
Chapel Hill's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Braden Buchanan, who scored 15 points along with seven rebounds and five assists. Anthony Ramirez was another key contributor, scoring 12 points along with two steals.
Quitman's win ended a 12-game drought on the road dating back to last season and puts them at 5-22. As for Chapel Hill, their victory bumped their record up to 30-1.
Quitman took a serious blow against Chapel Hill in their previous meeting back in January, falling 72-26. A big factor in that loss was the dominant performance of Buchanan, who scored 22 points along with four steals.
