Football Recap: Beach Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Beach was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fifth straight defeat dating back to last season. They took a 32-20 hit to the loss column at the hands of Mott-Regent/New England. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Buccaneers of the 54-38 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in October of 2024.

Beach's defeat dropped their record down to 0-4. As for Mott-Regent/New England, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 3-2.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Beach is set to challenge their familiar foe Kidder County on Friday. Meanwhile, Mott-Regent/New England will square off against rival Grant County co-op [Carson/Elgin-New Leipzig]/Flasher on Friday.
