Softball Recap: Tonganoxie Chieftains vs. Mission Valley Vikings
Tonganoxie gave their fans exactly what they wanted out of a home opener on Monday. They sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 7-6 win over the Mission Valley Vikings.
Aubrey Prickett spent all seven innings on the mound, and it's clear why: she surrendered six runs (all of which were unearned) on nine hits and racked up six Ks.
