Powhatan entered their tilt with Dinwiddie on Monday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat the Dinwiddie Generals 63-29. That's more bragging rights for the Indians, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Defeat or not, Dinwiddie got some senior leadership from Madisyn Hurtt and Carolina Berry. Hurtt posted ten points, while Berry scored ten points.

Powhatan's win bumped their record up to 11-6. As for Dinwiddie, they have also traveled a rocky road recently having lost four of their last five matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-11 record this season.

Powhatan will be playing in front of their home fans against Huguenot at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. Powhatan is facing Huguenot at the right time seeing as Huguenot is stuck on a three-game losing streak. As for Dinwiddie, they wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 55-47 victory against Prince George on the 4th.
