Basketball Recap: YES Prep Northwest Drops Season-High Score on Founders Classical Academy

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask YES Prep Northwest). They managed a 57-52 win over the Founders Classical Academy Voyagers on Tuesday. The Hawks didn't have much to brag about two games back, but this victory makes it their second in a row.

When it comes to explaining why Founders Classical Academy lost, don't look at D'Angelo Durosier. Despite the final result, he posted 27 points in addition to eight boards and five assists. The contest was Durosier's 13th in a row with at least 15 points. Another player making a difference was Shiloh Pena, who had 11 points along with five rebounds and four steals.

YES Prep Northwest's win bumped their record up to 2-6. As for Founders Classical Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 9-9.
