Carlos Perez Game Report: @ Lampasas

For the first time in his career, Carlos Perez scored a receiving touchdown on Friday. He picked up 52 receiving yards and one score as University fell to Lampasas 35-28. Perez's big game is all the more special as we consider it to be the best performance he's ever had.

Perez and University will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Rudder at 7:00 p.m. on October 9. The Trojans haven't beaten the Rangers recently, having gone 0-3 since October of 2016.
