Volleyball Recap: Pine Tree Snags Fourth Win in Last Five Games

Pine Tree's game on Tuesday was a loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Friday. They came out on top against the Madison Trojans by a score of 2-0. While the Pirates didn't have the best season last year (they finished 15-22), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past.

Pine Tree is on a roll lately: they've won four of their last five matchups. That's provided a massive bump to their 7-5 record this season. As for Madison, they are on a six-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.

Pine Tree is on the road again on Friday to play Kaufman at 1:00 p.m. As for Madison, they will look to defend their home court on Tuesday against Jefferson at 7:30 p.m.
