Basketball Recap: Fulton Piles Up the Points Against Seymour

Fulton posted their biggest victory since February 29, 2024 on Tuesday. They really took it to the Seymour Eagles for the full four quarters, racking up a 66-30 win. With the Falcons ahead 36-10 at the half, the match was all but over already.

Seymour's loss came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was David Canterbury, who posted five points. Canterbury has been hot recently, having also posted two or more steals the last three times he's played. Another player making a difference was Jack McAbee, who had five points.

The victory made it two in a row for Fulton and bumps their season record up to 9-11. As for Seymour, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-12.

Coincidentally, both will both be playing Northview Academy the next time they take the court. Seymour will host Northview Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday, while Fulton will host them at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.
