Softball Recap: Perrin-Whitt Comes Up Short

Perrin-Whitt was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their 12th straight defeat dating back to last season. They came up short against the Nocona Indians, falling 19-1. The Pirates were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Indians apparently hadn't forgotten their loss the last time these teams played back in February of 2019.

Perrin-Whitt's defeat dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Nocona, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 4-4.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Perrin-Whitt will square off against Three Way at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. As for Nocona, they will host Saint Jo at 5:00 p.m. on March 11th.
