Football Game Preview: Diamond Bar Brahmas vs. Los Altos Conquerors + How To Watch

The Diamond Bar Brahmas will challenge the Los Altos Conquerors at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Both teams are coming into the contest red-hot, with Diamond Bar sitting on three straight victories and Los Altos on eight.

Diamond Bar hadn't beaten Covina on the road since September 9, 2016 but that history sure didn't bother them on Thursday. The Brahmas walked away with a 41-28 win over the Colts.

The match pitted two dominant backs against one another in Dominic Tortorelli and Gatsbee Gumban. Tortorelli had a great game and rushed for 219 yards and four scores while picking up 13.7 yards per carry. Meanwhile, Gumban was balling out in the loss, rushing for 160 yards and a pair of TDs while picking up 8.4 yards per carry.

Meanwhile, Los Altos didn't have too much trouble with Chino on Thursday as they won 28-14.

Los Altos' win came from a few key players Diamond Bar will need to keep an eye on. One of the most notable was DIEGO CASTILLO, who threw for 152 yards and three touchdowns. JOSIAH CORTEZ was CASTILLO's top target, picking up 51 receiving yards and a pair of scores.

Los Altos' victory bumped their record up to 8-0. As for Diamond Bar, their win bumped their record up to 3-5.

Diamond Bar beat Los Altos 30-22 in their previous matchup back in October of 2024. Will the Brahmas repeat their success, or do the Conquerors have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
