Basketball Recap: Elite Scholars Academy Comes Up Short

Elite Scholars Academy lost against Mt. Zion last Saturday and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Elite Scholars Academy Royal Knights had to suffer through a 66-32 loss at the hands of the Mt. Zion Eagles.

Elite Scholars Academy has also been struggling recently as they've lost 17 of their last 19 contests, which has put a noticeable dent in their 6-21 record this season. As for Mt. Zion, the victory (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 17-8.

Elite Scholars Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Mt. Zion, they will square off against Trion at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. One thing working in Mt. Zion's favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last six matchups.
