Crete is a perfect 10-0 against Seward since March of 2018 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Thursday. The Cardinals will host the Bluejays at 7:00 p.m. Considering both teams were shutout in their prior games, the pair is probably coming into this one with something to prove.

The Bluejays lost 3-0 to Lincoln Lutheran/Raymond Central/Parkview Christian. Having soared to a lofty four goals in the game before, Seward's shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

Crete's defeat dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Seward, their loss dropped their record down to 2-2.

Crete beat Seward 2-0 in their previous matchup back in April of 2024. Will the Cardinals repeat their success, or do the Bluejays have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
