Basketball Recap: Collinsville Comes Up Short

Collinsville was the 60-56 winner over Asbury when they last played one another back in December of 2024, but their luck changed this time around. The Collinsville Panthers took a 61-57 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Asbury Rams.

Collinsville's defeat dropped their record down to 13-8. As for Asbury, their win bumped their record up to 6-20.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Collinsville won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Gaylesville at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Asbury, they will also get right back to it: they'll challenge Douglas at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
