Basketball Recap: Mediapolis Comes Up Short

After flying high against Cardinal last Monday, Mediapolis came back down to earth. The Mediapolis Bulldogs took a 58-40 bruising from the Mid-Prairie Golden Hawks on Thursday. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Bulldogs of the 57-31 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in February of 2022.

Mediapolis has also traveled a rocky road recently having lost three of their last four contests. That's put a noticeable dent in their 13-11 record this season. The win was the fourth in a row for Mid-Prairie, bringing their record for this year to 19-4.

As of now, neither Mediapolis nor Mid-Prairie have any future games scheduled.
