Basketball Recap: Parkland Comes Up Short

Parkland was the 58-40 winner over Pocono Mountain West when they last played one another back in December of 2023, but their luck changed this time around. The Parkland Trojans fell 61-48 to the Pocono Mountain West Panthers on Friday. That's two games in a row now that the Trojans have lost by exactly 13 points.

This is the second loss in a row for Parkland and nudges their season record down to 3-2. As for Pocono Mountain West, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 4-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Parkland will head out to take on Northampton at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Pocono Mountain West, they will head out on the road to challenge Pleasant Valley at 7:00 p.m. on Monday.
