Basketball Recap: Fargo North Takes a Loss

Fargo North lost against Red River back in February, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Tuesday. The Fargo North Spartans fell 51-41 to the Red River Roughriders. The Spartans have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Fargo North's loss dropped their record down to 8-14. As for Red River, they are on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last nine matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 14-9 record this season.

Fargo North will look to defend their home court on Friday against Grand Forks Central at 3:45 p.m. Fargo North will be up against Grand Forks Central's rather soft defense (which has allowed 61.68 points per game), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Red River, they will take on Jamestown at 4:00 p.m. on March 13th.
