Kapaun Mt. Carmel had already won four in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 9.5 runs) and they went ahead and made it five on Tuesday. They never let the Heights Falcons get on the board and left with a 15-0 victory. The Crusaders have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Falcons, too.

Kapaun Mt. Carmel pushed their record up to 5-2 with the win, which was their fifth straight at home. The home victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.4 runs on average over those games. As for Heights, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 5-12.

Kapaun Mt. Carmel will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Falcons: the pair will be back at it again later today.
