Basketball Game Preview: Pecos Eagles vs. Fort Stockton Panthers

Pecos is 1-9 against Fort Stockton since January of 2019 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit on Friday. The Pecos Eagles will challenge the Fort Stockton Panthers at 6:15 p.m.

Pecos is headed into Friday's matchup looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their fourth straight game on Tuesday. They took a 41-33 hit to the loss column at the hands of Andrews.

Meanwhile, Fort Stockton earned a 47-39 win over Monahans on Tuesday.

Fort Stockton is on a roll lately: they've won five of their last six contests, which provided a massive bump to their 14-10 record this season. Those victories came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 54.8 points per game. As for Pecos, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-8.
