Las Vegas had already won four in a row and they went ahead and made it five on Saturday. They came out on top against the Pinecrest Academy Cadence Cougars by a score of 2-0.

Las Vegas' offense was headlined by Aaliyah Jones and Constanze Mangano, who picked up seven kills apiece. They got some help from Millie Mangum and her 14 assists. Jordyn Mack controlled things from the service line, finishing with four aces.

Las Vegas' victory bumped their record up to 5-2. As for Pinecrest Academy Cadence, they now have a losing record of 1-2.

Las Vegas has already played their next match, a 2-1 defeat against GV Christian on the 16th. As for Pinecrest Academy Cadence, they will square off against Canyon Springs at 6:00 p.m. on the 25th. The game will give the Cougars their first taste of in-conference action this season.
