Volleyball Recap: Ovilla Christian Takes a Loss

Ovilla Christian lost against Duncanville back in August of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Eagles fell 2-0 to the Panthers and Pantherettes.

The final score came out to 25-12, 25-15.

Duncanville's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Jaleeya Brown led the charge by getting 14 assists and four digs.

Ovilla Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 2-2. As for Duncanville, they pushed their record up to 6-0 with the victory, which was their 11th straight at home dating back to last season.

Coming up, Ovilla Christian will challenge Kingdom Collegiate Academy at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Duncanville, they will square off against Coppell at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday.
